First Visit to Franck Family Dental

During your first visit we will help you get acquainted with us and meet Dr. Franck.

We understand that each patient is unique and we promise to give you the personal attention you deserve.

Your first dental visit will consist of a comprehensive examination, which includes an oral cancer screening, TMJ analysis, periodontal evaluation and examination of teeth. We will also take a series of X-rays and additional intra-oral photographs. This important visit will allow us to assess your dental health and discuss ways to improve and maintain a healthy smile for a lifetime.

We will provide a complete clinical diagnosis, a written summary and estimated fees outlining our plan to restore and maintain healthy teeth.

Fee and Payment Policy

1) Payment is due at the time of treatment.
2) We accept cash, check, debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
3) Payment plans and outside financing is available through Citi Health Card.
4) Our newest payment program, CareCredi, offers several ways to fund your treatment plan. Whether you have insurance or not, not everything is covered. Apply now to find out if you're eligible.

Our policy is to submit all claims electronically on a daily basis. You need to know your dental plan coverage including limitations and deductibles so that you can be prepared to pay your share on the day services are rendered. Your level of insurance coverage is determined by the policy your employer has purchased. As a courtesy we will be happy to assist you in obtaining your dental benefits.

We accept all dental insurances and are premier providers for Delta Dental.

You are the most important person regarding your health. After consulting with us, you ultimately decide whether a treatment is right for you at this time. Therefore, you are responsible for payment regardless of insurance coverage.
